  Yeah, I had that problem because I installed the new content manager:

  Thread has all sorts of info about it, but the bottom line is I was able to reset my password for my account through the website.

  This problem was reported in Technical Help yesterday (https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/407441/can-t-log-into-install-manager#latest).  

  I had the same problem so changed my password as someone suggested and it worked for me.
