List of products that need repairs

Not a thread for complaints.
Just a list of items that I have purchased but cannot use.
I'll edit the list as products are repaired.
It's too many products now to make a ticket for each one.

Smart Content can't see any of the items. Tried manual download and install and then edited the names of the product files after reading the log file that says there's a syntax error in the name.

None of this worked.
Nothing worse than buying items at full price because they are needed NOW and they won't install properly..

Are you saying either of these two products specifically or are you saying you usually use DIM to install products and don't have issues?
Opening a forum thread won't get them fixed - you really need a ticket for that.
