I think those are correct. @Thorne always does such amazing renders, I wish they’d list the products used...

been told over and over its too much work for the PAs ... in my opnion its a matter of listing them. I can see where DAZ wouldn't want competitor products listed though.

I prioritize PAs that provide promo credits.
Lack of promo info has often been the difference between a buy or a pass.

Most PAs will render dozens of images for promos they don't use. It's hard to keep track.

When I save a render or save a scene, I name it with all the major items in it... Like G8 Jenny Crazy Long Hair Sexy Pandex Outfit Martian Set (I just made those up, I use real product names lol) but it really helps to remember the products used. My names are really long but it doesn’t seem to be a problem.

    Ya kidding?
I render every day and keeping track of the products used in the scene is the easiest part.
Next thing people will be asking for profile shot of characters in the promo's - god forbid... ;-)

I know the one on the right... it's Vega Hewn Hair by Goldtassel.  Part of a bundle that I did with her and lilflame

Agreed. I can't keep track of half the things i use in a scene without going back and tracking them down.

    same here.

it doesn't help that a lot of items load into the scene tab with totally nondescript names.  or just a couple of initials.  :/

Possible, but the length in promo looks longer than usual:

That hair is the very versatile Liv hair by Outoftouch, same hair in all 3 renders

The others listed are correct. Thank you!

For characters the simple format "G8F [Character Name]" would help a lot.  You can do it yourself but the PA just have to do it once to save several hundred customers each doing it themselves.

You want products identified? What's next, consistent directory structure and/or class names? Sheesh!

Ok. Cheep shot. But seriously, I can understand a PA not wanting to distract potential buyers with OPP (other people's products).

That said, Wouldn't It Be Nice If there were a way to keep "project notes" or at least "tags" in a scene file somehow? Another one in the WIBNI file.

Or a PA who did not create their own promotional imges and used a service, or used products that were unavailable suh as no longer sold, to be released, radically kitbashed....

I'm the same way, but I think we're in the minority.

Just think of all the fun we have figuring out who they are; it as actually more fun than ignoring the list at the bottom of the promo.
