I got this hair as part of a bundle and don't like how some of it sticks up, so wondered if it's possible to make this dForce and how I would do that?

You have 3 ways you can try to fix:
1. Add a push modifier weight node, set a negative number and paint the weight map so those spots are depressed.
2. If you own Mesh Grabber, use it to move those spots down.
3. Add a dForce dynamic modifier and a dForce weight map. Paint the map so the only influence is in the area that are too high and run a simulation.
Personably I would try 2 first if you own that product, if not, try 1. I own this product so if you don't know how to proceed, let me know.
Non dforce hair doesn't dforce well unless as noted, you go in and edit the weight maps in my experience
I need to learn how to use weight maps so maybe high time I started.
Don't own mesh grabber, want it, bookmarked it, saved to wishlist and saved several other ways so I don't forget lol.
Thank you both and will give those a try.
Weight maps are pretty easy to create once you understand the basics and very useful. I'm sure there are tutorials around that illustrate the basic steps.
