MRL dForce Long Hair for Genesis 8 appearing invisible

hey guys I just bought https://www.daz3d.com/mrl-dforce-long-hair-for-genesis-8-females
and i loaded a figure into the scene, then loaded the hair. but when i load the hair, it appears invisible.
I dont know how to fix it, and everything i have found online has not helped. any advice?

Is it invisible when you render (have you tried?) or just invisible in the viewport?
Many dForce hairs are not set to show in preview, as it taxes on your resources
In the parameter settings you can enable preview - you have to have the actual hair selected, not the hair cap. But if you're using Iray preview it is a good advice to choose another mode before render.
