v176 Iray Crystal Cave - Can Crystals Be Hidden?

For v176 Iray Crystal Cave: Anyone know if the individual crystals, or the set of bottom/top crystals, can be hidden? I'm hoping each crystal or each set of crystals have a cutout opacity that can be set to zero. Not looking to use the geometry editor.

The crystals have separate materials, so they should qualify for opacity zeroing?
Here's a similar product, that I just happen to have:

Some of the crystals are 'standalone' and hence can be hidden. There are also some sheared off crystal bases, that can be hidden via opacity.
As Sevrin noted, it looks like the crystals in the product you linked have separate material maps. Here's a link to the readme, with the breakdown of files included.

Hopefully someone else that has the set you linked can chime in, but Sevrin's thoughts seem to be spot on to me.
