Trying to enter new cc information for payments of orders.

So far I have not been successful.

Included in the required info is a place for "Nickname." What in the world is this all about?

At any rate, when I enter all the required info, I am told there are errors, and try later. The required info can only be entered as it really is, which is what I do.

Any help would be appreciated.

    If you have multiple cards such as a Visa, Master Card, or American express, you give them nicknames such as "my visa" or "my Master card" so you can tell them apart.

    Really  the Forum members can't help you with this problem,  you will need to file a help ticket. 

    just one thing,  if you are copying/pasting any details you have been careful not to pick up any leading or trailing blank spaces on the copy
