There is no model that includes everything. The whole point of the store is to get users to purchase addons that improve upon the base. Most looks are complete and just need the base. Some looks the PA created using one of the addon characters as a base which means to get that exact look, you need the addon character as well, but the package will still work without it, just won't look the same. It really depends on what yo are looking for. the base if free and comes with Daz Studio., so if you see a bundle or character you like then you purchase it and you are done....until you see another character or addon you like
This week the price is right for a Starter Bundle, gives you an idea what to expect of the major bundles. M5 is for the Genesis figure.

Well one of my favorites is Jazmine for G3.

That bundle has the person, the hair, and the outfit. I don't know of any DAZ character that actually looks realistic, but this one looked more realistic than most to me with the default settings.
And there is Dulcibella.

I don't think it looks as good as Jazmine but it costs less, comes with the hair, and might look better than Jazmine to some people. And you would still be far from creating the effect of the promo pictures. You'd just have a naked girl standing in an empty space with a blank expression on her face.
The question is meaningless because you don’t really specify what you want. One bundle might be a good choice for someone who does sci-fi renders, another for a more fantasy-leaning user, yet another for someone who’s more interested in real-world, everyday stuff. Even within those broad genres there are different varieties. For example, within fantasy there are warriors, kings/queens, wizards/witches, fairies, and so on. The pro bundles all offer essentially the same assortment of products; which assortment suits your needs and interests beat? What KIND of character do you want? You said realistic, so we can rule out the toons, fairies and centaurs, but what are you looking for beyond that? What age range, ethnicity, overall look?
If all you want is a “realistic” character, then look through the pro bundles, decide which character looks the most realistic to you, and buy that one.
