1 - is there a quick way to position a camera in a specific spot in a scene other than using the X/Y/Z translate controls?
2- I'm trying to come up with a dungeon-like structure, 4 stone walls, floor and ceiling. I tried manipulating the set(s) included with Shackled! and they are a PITA to 'assemble' (e.g.put 2 corner wall end to end to make a larger room) to make an 'appropriate dungeon' that will fit all of the characters (4 shackled prisoners and their tormentor). Any recommendations for a dungeon? I don't need anything too elaborate, 4 stone walls, floor and ceiling is all I need :)
3 - not sure if that's Windows 10 or Daz Studio 4.12 related, but I'll ask anyway, since Sunday opening files and moving figures/props/camera angles within a scene has become tediously slow, in spite of me defragmenting my hard drive and cleaning the registry, any idea why that's happening?
Thanks in advance!

If there is soemthng at, or near, the place you could select the something, then select the camera, and use the Align pane.
If you system has multiple GPUs (for example one on the CPU and one or more stand-alone) check which DS s set to use. Also check the driver hasn't been rolled back to an old version by WIndows Update. In DS check the Display Optimisation setting in Edit>Preferences>Interface tab
Many thanks! I'll double check, I know that the GPU must use the studio drivers rather than the gaming drivers to be recognized by Daz. The Nividia card was selected last time I checked, but I'll definitely give it another look!
The easiest way I know of is to find the framing you want for your camera using Perspective view, then create a camera, and when the options come up, select the option to position it at the current view. I can't open DS at the moment so don't recall the exact language for that option, but it will be obvious.
Good idea, but perspective view has been lagging since last weekend...hopefully once I get the dreivers sorted out it'll reslove that issue
