No. They usually are not included with interior sets.
that water deal just gave me an idea . It looks really good. Anyway, it would be cool to have this giant lava lamp, different colors , where the stuff would gloop up agains tthe glass ... at night, or even day, there could be glowing lights as well ... subdued a bit. the lava woul dhave a glow to it as well ...

The club idea is what I'd go for. The raised platforms would work well as DJ perches.
I think it looks nice in the renders posted here. It actually appears a lot more extravagant than it does ridiculous. I can't imagine the monthly cost of heating/cooling a place like that in the city. All of that open space(much of it unused) and lots of rather large windows. If I had a place like that, I would turn it into 2 separate floors and rent the other half.
I'm interested in this but I've currently got a QA/bug report in for this PA's first release (most maps not assigned to surfaces, low resolution maps etc). I'd like to know if similar issues are present here. Can anyone say whether there are any issues regarding resolution or maps not assigned (or incorrect maps)? Thanks.
@Frinkky So far as I know (I didn't look at every surface) I did not see anything that didn't have a map/shader applied to it. I recieved no errors on load. Looks like most textures are 2048X2048, some smaller like for books and things. Wall textures are bigger but are for the whole room.
For those interested the floor where glass is runs a different direction than the other floor. Will post and example with just textures applied. I know its fixable but some may not want the hassle or don't know how. Also I didn't see anyway to turn the pipes off. You can hide them by changing the top like I did in the render but I seen no actual way to hid them completely. Someone might can give me a clue if there is a way and I am missing something.
All I did was apply a wood floor shader and made the tile size a little smaller no other changes.
..do you have a parquet floor shader? That may actually look more seamless.

The floor is simple enough to fix. If I do buy this, I'd export the floor only, remove bits I don't want (pipes for example) and create new, contigious, UVs.
Oh sure, I have so many shaders its not even funny
. I know how to fix it and all I just wanted others that might be concidering buying it what they are getting into because it suprised me to see that they ran different directions.
...one quick fix, create a plane primitive with same dimensions as the floor area , place it over the floor, and apply the texture to that.

The pipes made me shudder - not only is that probably a building code violation (rules on insulation and exposed piping, etc), but in hydronic heating systems in apt. buildings the main heating pipes are vertical, (usually 4 inch) with a 1 inch horizontal run around the apt. perimeter, with radiator runs, with zone and isolation valves . Same for domestic water and drain main runs they are vertical, feeds from the apt to the mains always have a down slope. . The joints are generally not that flanged type shown, but are Victaulic joints. (and there are some good freebie models of Vics around.)

I agree I bought cause of the lots of good props; I was irritated to not be able to move the books on the desk though - very irritated.
Sure I can hide them; and start messing around with textures and the props available, but that increases time and reduces value.

(says the guy who has a house with hydronic heating). Although if you said that no one would know what you were talking about, I suppose. And I, too, have a ton of books, the vast majority of which I have actually read. Including a very large number of technical books aka textbooks that I have also read cover to cover at one time or another. And mine are not as neatly arranged as that. But I believe we might simply be dating ourselves.
Yeah.. no one ever notices diffuser fins under the baseboard radiator covers (or most likely ever vacuums them).. Runs (as in piping runs) I figured was an easier explanation
As for hydronic heating - was on the condo board when we installed a heating upgrade. put in two new hi capacity boilers, system automation, added pumps for redundacy, repiped a fair bit of the boiler room, new air compressors (our thermostat control system and zone valves are the pneumatic type) plus a whole bunch of other stuff (converted our MUAs from gas fired to heat exchangers) - was worth it - during the 10 day -30C cold snap we had in February, we had no issues with building or suite heat.

Ditto. Missed that one, but hearted it when my world stopped spinning. Had an upstairs flood the reaked havoc in three rooms and a lower level 3 car garage. Waiting for it to be one of those ridiculous deals even though the product is worth every penney asked.
I wonder if the PA is the person who did that design for the contest. The contest architect/designer also has it for sale as a 3DSMax/Photoshop set on Gumroad, and the designs do seem fairly close.
Did you use a seamless texture on the glass part of the floor? You can rotate the wood planks image in the Layered Image Editor.
