    It was largely down/offline yes

    The main site was reachable and browseable, but very slow. The shopping cart, user profiles, and forums were completely dead though, for most of the day

    The new sale layout isn't user friendly for those who shop on their phone. The pictures of new released are way too small.

    i bought 5 items in the sale yesterday. checked out, etc. this morning, the items are back in my cart as if i did not buy them. After I refreshed a couple times, the items still there, but now marked OWNED

    I had the same happen yesterday, the order went through but the cart wasn't cleared.

    2/15 had a similar problem.
    I was able to see only the TOP page.
    When I try to display another page,
    After a long load, the same screen that I attached was displayed.

    I was able to get into the store but not the forums, help, DIM or connect to the store through DS itself. I was able to get into the store fine but had already made my purchases the night before so there was nothing in my cart to check out. I thought too many people were shopping so it overwhelmed the servers.

    I got error 522

    Eureka ... the site is working today.... but nothing to see ... it was seen yesterday once the store came back up. Call it Replay Day. Deja Vu Part Two.

    Just saw it, can you use both parts of that offer? I'm also confused because it says it excludes Face Transfer but when you go to the basket of products you can pick from, Face Transfer is right in there with the rest of the (presumably) eligible items.

    Not actually true.

    ... Something is always on sale, so that qualifies; there is nothing in the statement to indicate there is always another 'named' sale. wink

    And then there is the March Madness items, they are still available.

    Does the Nida 8 base count as new? It had a little "new" green banner, so I thought it would but the second coupon doesn't work on the Mr Woo 8 base.

    I did use the first coupon code, so maybe I can't use both?

    @mmalbert, You can use both.

    Try adding a different New Release. It may be that the store is expecting NRs that still have the intro discount, (so less than two weeks old.) I'm just guessing here, but I was able to use both, just a few minutes ago.

    Okay, I added a newer release it worked. Before, I'd bought Nida, then tried to check out again with the second discount and Mr Woo because I thought I had to do both purchases separately. Ooops. Live and learn, and I wanted Nidia anyway. Thanks for the help :)

    More-and-more doesn't work properly for me.

    As you can see from the screenshots, the full 30 does not apply and some DOs still retain some value on them.

    This is happening while the total value of the cart does not discount for 30$. 

    I am not sure what is happening.
