What are the new changes to DS 4.12 Beta?

I see in DIM there's an upgrade to the beta which I immediately downloaded hoping it couldn't be any worse than the old version which takes forever to render with a 1080ti. I'm wondering what the exact improvements are supposed to be?

There's a change log in the DAZ Studio forum but it's tough to find. I believe there's a minor Iray update, some timeline fixes, and some under-the-hood improvements; important stuff but nothing exciting.
