I suspect the store may need a kick, as the new releases is full price, and not the 40% they are said to be :)
Prices on new releases are still undefined for me, store refresh has obviously not completed yet.

So, how many Temp PC+ items are we allowed with purchase of Newly Mad, yada, yada? The way it is written, it sounds like just one.
Usually it's "as many as you want".
My first March Madness....must you own all three "key" items in order to get the discount?
The Surrounding Curls hair doesn’t give the extra discount when I add it to the cart along with the new The Beach product. The Beach gives the correct discount, but the hair stays at the original sale price.
Usually owning any of them is enough, but that doesn't seem to work for me for owning only Nida and Leroy.
Featuring two items I don't have (or want) and one I bought twice. I ain't paying $89 to get a 10% saving!
Oh, and I forgot the Free Victoria, of which I have all versions already.
Are you trying to buy the 70% off item in the same cart, or as a separate order after buying one of today's items?
I don’t think it means a new release released in the last three days - it would be if you’ve purchased in the last three days, an item still marked as new.
But agreeing that you can’t add a new item to your cart along with that 70% off item - it doesn’t work that way it seems. If you really want that item, hopefully you’re a PC member and can purchase a pc item still marked new and then do another cart with that item.
That’s really strange. Surely they can’t expect you to buy all three rather expensive items - including one that was just released today, to get only 10% discount.

I doubt they do, more likely the "own" check doesn't work properly.
Alrighty then, scrap what I said about buying something marked “new” to get that 70% off item. Either there’s an error (o what a surprise) or it really does have to be a product released in the last three days.
I just purchased a PC item that is marked new - released two weeks ago - and then added that 70% off item to a new cart. Nope, no extra 70% off. Stays at the original sale price, no extra discount.
I feel MM is starting with a whimper this year - it’s just another daily sale.
It should be (and is working for me) if you've bought any new in the last three days, you get 70% off the bonus madness. You get an extra 10 if you own any of the key items.
It may mean a new item from MM, not any new item. Or it simply doesn't work ;)
That would need to be written then - buy any new MM item in a three day period....not the way it’s written now.
The sale page has 2 different messages regarding temp PC items. top of the page says "Buy any Newly Mad or Madness Stores items and choose any Temp PC+ item for $2.20" while the section says "Buy any Newly Mad, Still Mad, or Related Madness item and choose any Temp PC+ item for $2.20"
Which one is it?
I just realized, I had the new item which is the third key item, in my cart and was getting the extra 10%. I have the other two but not getting the extra till the third key is in my cart so reporting that, too.
However, I am getting the extra 70% before I add anything else to the cart.
It was a separate order- (the tank textures) but eventually the offered discount filtered through maybe 15-25 min later or something. I guess the first purchase hadn't been fully processed (thus why I edited my original message).
When it started working, yes that was happening for me too.

I just did the same thing you did.
I bought a new PC item. Paid for it. Then had to do another transaction for the Sisi.
The 70% didn't apply at first. But after a second try, it worked.
To test this, I purchased Casual Spring: Authenique, a PC+ new release from two weeks ago. Immediately after that purchase, I added the Bonus Madness product for today to my cart and saw the additional 70% off.
EDIT: WORKED. I tested it on Merlin's Cobbler product.Got 70% off.
From what I see on the page, today newly mad, releated mad and mad artists items should be:

For the new items, one is 40% off, two or more is 50%.
Now, just dealing with the Bonus item (which is technically a new MM). If you bought a new item in last three days, you get 70% more on the bonus item.
You need to own one of the key items to get 10% more. (I owned both Nida and Leroy). If you have nothing else in the cart, you now have at least one MM which is new and if you add the third key item that is also a new MM item, you now have two new MMs which are getting 50% resulting in a lower total.
And as Leanna says, it's also contributing to the new and still new MMs.
I remember last time they offered any base Victoria character as a freebie,there was a purple banner for everyone who already had all the Victorias to get an extra discount. I suppose they're not doing that this time because it's March Madness and there already several discounts available.
Confirming the 70% off product now works after purchasing an item released two weeks. Perhaps the store needs a bit of time to flag you as a “new item bought in last three days” customer. (I don’t want the 70% off product so fingers crossed something I want is released in the next two days lol)
