Measure Metrics is not appearing on DAZ DIM after purchase

As the title says, the product isn't appearing on DAZ DIM for me. I've checked that I have the latest version of DAZ DIM, I've searched the product by its ID as well as enabling hidden files but it's nowhere to be found.
Is there a way to fix this?

A number of folk have been noting problems ... last I read the solution is to manually download the file maybe putting it where DIM would normally download it to. Then hopefully DIM will 'see' it and install it.
