Check out P3Design's catalogue while you're waiting for an answer. That character reminds me of some of the girls there, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is one or has some of one dialed in. :)

Yes, that's definitely the skin, but I'm more interested in the character model itself. Perhaps it's that same model with custom face morphs?
