dForce hair will not show in iRay Preview
I recently picked up a couple dForce hair products.

All the other hair products I have show up in the Iray Viewport preview, but the dForce hair for animals and people does not preview in Iray. It's just absent.
Turning on/off preview settings for the hair does nothing to get the hair to show up in the Iray preview.
This is very limiting, as I cannot determine if the hair fits the figure properly without the preview in Iray.
Is this intentional? Or am I doing something wrong? The Texture Shaded preview for dForce hair looks awful. It's just an flat poster "indication" of where the hair is located, not even a close representation of the actual hair.
It seems like most of the new hair products available on DAZ are dForce. To be honest I am sick of dForce. It throws a wrench in everything for me.

I think that they are normally disabled because they use a lot more memory.
Thank you Melanie! All I had to do is set "Viewport Line Tessellation Sides" = 2 for the hair and beard (not the skull cap). It's showing in Iray preview now.
Not sure I would want to do this for any of the animals that use dForce hair because I'm sure the memory consumption would be dramatic.
