Looks good to me. What do you mean it should never happen. I vote we do it the third week in April. My birthday is the 21st.

Looks like you're a newbie this is just normal at 12.00 cross over time, so don't sweat it. :)

Slight correction ........   it happens at 00:00 cross over time (Utah time).   Witching hour,   when all things are possible and pumkins turn into state coaches  (or was it the other way round?),  as the older version of store is being updated to show the next days offerings. The secret is to never try shopping at midnight in DazLand.

PS    Well Discord tells me it is 00:00   o clock   when this happens.   The time that is not, the time when time stops for an unspecified period, hence the witching hour.

Wonder if it's issues with AM and PM as 12:00:00am and 12:00:00 pm are impossible times.

... Why I love the 24 hour system, can't confuse that one.

Is that the time when the pumpkin gets fed up with doing quick changes between being a carriage and being a pumpkin, and goes kaboom  and spreads pumpkin seeds everywhere?

The interesting one is 23:59:60, which is actually a valid time on a 24 hour clock. It occurs when it's necessary to add in a leap second to correct between atomic time and solar time.

Sleeping a second more is not the same as sleeping a day more! (Or is that not how it works? :D)

In that article it did say that they had been toying with the idea of leap hours,   Can you just imagine that   we have enough problems with internal time clocks when they add or take away an hour for daylight saving.  How many people have problems persuading hungry cats that their stomach time clock is out of sync with the UTC + or - 1 hr.   Would leap hours mean that instead of having a leap years day every 4 years  we would have 6 months in each of those 4 years when the clock added an hour on.  Can you just imagine the confusion?

This wouldn't be a problem if we all just used Internet-time. :D (Which never really took off, and I'm probably thankful that it didn't. :)) (https://www.timeanddate.com/time/internettime.html)

It's all a plot to make us have to buy the new-fangled AI driven clocks with secret mind control chip.  I have a couple of watches that synch to the atomic clock, so I don't know how you can get any more accurate than that.

That would make no difference.  My cats always lie about having not been fed, hoping to squeeze in an extra meal.

Fun fact: Razor did something similar a few years, where they listed products off at 90%. And these are not digital product, this is manufactured goods we are talking about. They chose to honor that and give the customers the deal. I've only bought Razer products since that incident.

All my clocks sync to the atomic clock..  Only trouble I have there is that one of them refuses to sync to the british time signal  and tunes into the European one,  so that the clock on my bedside table is permanently an hour fast.

Not that it makes a lot of difference when the cats dive bomb me from the top of the wardrobe if I don't get up at what they consider to be a reasonable time

And while we're at it - use ISO 8601 format, so we avoid confusion about dates also (is 03/05/2020 march 5. or may 3. 2020? - the answer depends on where you are).

mine jump up and hang from the door handles

I stuck a tub lid over one with duct tap to stop them so they sit by it (my junk room) and meow

they also meow to let me know they opened a door including cupboards

  • I also agree we should get something on our birthday a 80% off coupon(I say 80% because we get 70% everyday on fastgrab) or a free pc+ items it would be a great marketing gimic.

House was built  pre 1850.  Doors are probably not quite so old,  nor the door handles and workings,  but are quite well worn, and walls etc in older houses are not exactly accurate straight lines to make for tight fitting doors

Yes exactly   old fashioned Brass lever type handles,  so easy to jump up and hang on -  as their is a passage way leading to the main bedroom door they get a run at it and can then swing into the room,  such fun.

What about people then signing up accounts with consequentive birthdays.. and then just putting in huge orders at 80% off.. you'd need a lot of safeguards in place.

Not really. I mean... you just visit them personally to make sure they are real people and their birthday is indeed when they say it is. :D
