unable to use daz studio , how to uninstall properly .

hi i am daz studio user since few year .

last week i wanted to use my software to work on project and i was error about postgrey sql cm   well i uninstall post grey and daz studio   with daz download manager , but when i want to reinstall the software tell me dazz ans postgrey are allready install

i relly need help to clear my computer and reinstall daz .

i tried to erase all regedit enter about daz / all appdata file i found /

but allway say my software allready install

i use win10 pro 64 bit

there is a official way to uninstall daz 3d ?

i cant work on any project ;

    only daz manager only appear on windows uninstall tab ....

    i really dont understand i never have this error .......

    i cant open any project

    well i sucess to use my software i have allwayse the popup tell me software allready install but the software works .... you can close
