I need V4...the original, not 4.1 or 4.2
in The Commons
Where can I get the original V4? My problem is that I am trying to export to Character Creator 3 and their required T Pose for exporting requires the original V4 model. It won't work with the V4.2 that I have.

So what's wrong with Gen 2 and 3 ? they are all t-poses
V4.2 is it. If you're requiring the .obj before it was adjusted for the .cr2 file, it's in your geometry folder.
The original V4 is on the CD included in Les Pardew's book Figures, Characters, and Avatars.
Edit: My error, sorry. The disc included in the book actually has V4.2
I've just tried this myself. Loaded up Victoria 4.2, applied the T-pose from Reallusion, exported as .fbx and then imported into CC3. All worked fine.
Are you definitely using the T-pose named Victoria4T_pose and not accidentally using on of the others which are for Genesis 1, 2, 3 or 8?
What is happening when you try to apply the Victoria4T_pose? At what stage are you getting errors?
As Aiko 4 is on there I think it's safe to say that it's either going to be V4.1 or V4.2, afaik A4 has always used the EXP morph system and V4.0 didn't use that system.
I have the book so I know it's V4.2 that's on my disc.
I often import V4, M4 and earlier generations in iClone via 3Dxchange
they are a PITA as I need to manually add all the expression and viseme morphs in both DAZ and 3DX
but I never had much issue retargetting their bones
I use V4.2
Given that the original V4 was no longer available long before the character creator software came out, they almost have to be refering to V4.2. AFAIK, the only way to get the original V4 is if you happen to have one of the old CD-burned install discs.
You are correct. I rechecked my disc and it is V4.2. When I checked originally the file name just said V4 so I thought it was the original. But this time I started the Bitrock ibstaller and it did reference it as V4.2. I have corrected my post above.
