Hi. It's the Matilda Hair for Genesis 8 Female used in combination with Backlight Hair Shaders for Iray.
The Matilda hair has become one of my favorites since I bought it.

When I saw Birdie, I was just floored, as she reminded me of a crush I had many years ago. I bought Rynne 8, just so that I could buy and use Birdie! Thanks again for making such awesome characters! Now Amelia, Carah, Chooli, Little Chooli, Clymene, Eu-Meh, and Gale have another QX friend to keep company in my runtime.

They're fun to make, so I always hope someone has just as much fun using them in renders! That's neat that she reminds you of an old crush. For me, she (unintentionally) ended up looking like a cousin of mine, and I only noticed the resemblance when I was setting up the promo of her with the glasses. Have fun with Birdie!

Would anyone mind rendering Birdie without Rynne? I really like Birdie’s morph, but have practically no interest in Rynne.

The scaling of Rynne's eyes and lips are important to her youthful/toonish aspect. She was sculpted to use Rynne's head and body shapes at 50%. Other Thorne characters or ones with big eyes and a stylized look can get you a similar face, but it'll still be different without Rynne's facial proportions mixed in. Without any Rynne mixed in, she's still slightly stylized. I hope that helps.

Birdie looks really good and the promos are so realistic. Are you using any specific light or your own lighting for the promo pictures? Also which glasses are these? Once again, a beautiful character for my collection.

Thank you. I hope you have fun using Birdie in your renders. For the promos, the lighting is from the Click N Render IBL Set, with the dome rotated slightly. The glasses are the morphing ones that come with Bridget 8.
