CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET TO MY ASSETS ?

I CANT GET PAST THE USERNAME REQUEST WITHOUT SOME ERROR OR OTHER.

  • Yeah, I'm getting failure to authenticate errors right now too.

    I reinstalled DIM3 from a fresh copy in Product Library, but no improvement - checked both 64bit and 32bit versions.

    Unless it's because my Postgresql is broken right now, and I don't think DIM depends on it, the problem is not on my end, checked my password etc.

    I suppose the only alternative right now is download the items I bought on 24th from the Product library and put them in the Downloads folder manually then run DIM and run it offline mode to install from there (would just happen when I have two PRO bundles to process...).

    You should launch a Support ticket (ideally).

    But I gather DAZ support is a little busy on the holiday season - I've heard mention of waits for support.

    You can access your products from Product Library (icon next to basket top of page then My Account or Orders) and download manually.
