Look at my hair - can't find object error

I recently bought the plug in and wanted to try it out today. Registering and installing went without problems. Going by the manual I opened it and wanted to import a model only to get the message:"can't find object". I attached a screenshot, anyone know what I am doing wrong?

    you have to open the object in studio first ...then use the look at my hair to load it....hope this helps...Trish
