    In theory it should work, as you can get old poser only figures working in DS. The shader will need to be added for 3DL or Iray, depending on what you want to render with at the minimum.

    Well, there are two parts to the product and two parts to the answer.

    1) Yes, DAZ Studio can load any Poser character or prop file.

    2) As TheKD pointed out they usually need the materials adjusting. Also, the second part of the product, Poser dynamic fur, isn't going to work as it uses Poser's dynamic cloth system. In addition to that the Poser version is specifically rigged and weightmapped for Poser so any posing away from the basic load pose will look horrible. There are ways to get this working but, honestly, is it worth it when there is a DS version? If you really want to try look for threads about getting Poser weightmapped figures working in Studio. There was one recently about the new Poser figure La Femme.

    The above will be the reason the product page says 'This is a Poser Only product.'
