THE SUPERIORITY OF DAZ STUDIO SUBSURFACE SCATTERING

I have access to node based Subsurface scattering in: Blender 2.81...Modo801....Lightwave3D They all wash out map based skin details!!! ......(eye brows,moles freckles etc). why does Daz Iray SSS NOT have this problem by default?????

    Can you show some examples? Could it be the translucency settings? If too much light is being let in then yeah most details are going to disappear.
