I just checked, and the product page still states the incorrect height based on what the OP and others have noted. Has the height of Teen Raven 8 been fixed to match the product description? If not, has anyone submitted a ticket on the height issue? True it can easily be fixed by the user, but TBH, I really think that DAZ should either fix the height text on the product page, or fix the height of the figure.
I get the feeling that the OP just wanted to know if anyone else was having the same issue, and it seems to have been confirmed (but I'm not sure why some people feel obligated to disparage the OP for bringing up the issue). If someone would be so kind as to confirm that the height as not been fixed, and if no one else watching this thread has done so, then I will take the time to submit a ticket (I don't have Teen Raven 8).
Measure Metrics gives her 5ft 9.8205in.
Thank you for this info !
It's not a high priority issue, so they will probably never fix this little mistake.
At this late stage, I think the best they can really do is update the store page.
Changing the character morph, other than to fix something that's actually broken, would mess up existing scenes for people.
Hopefully they will fix this on the product page - as others have said, changing the morph would affect existing scenes for users. Having the descriptions correct is important because some people might buy a character based on those statistics.
As a test, I loaded up Teen Raven, Teen Jane (5' 4") and Babina (5' 8"). Adjusting the height parameter for Teen Raven to 60% will get her to about the right height if 5' 6" is what you were after.
Thanks Robert! A ticket has been submitted referencing this thread (since I don't own Teen Raven 8). Hopefully the issue will be addressed appropriately.
