Platinum Pack One HDRI's no background images?- SOLVED

Can anyone else who bought @DimensionTheory's Platinum Pack One ( https://www.daz3d.com/platinum-pack-one-16k-hdris-for-iray ) check to see if this includes the background images from the product page, please?
I have tried to use this product, and the lighting is there, but I can not find any included photos/images, when the product page says there should be an abandoned park, a forested mountain camp, a walkway and a long hallway.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I have other DimensionTheory products and never had this problem before.

Forgive me if this is so basic as to be insulting, but...have you used HDRIs before? There is no physical background, just the image itself. Go to environment under render settings, and ensure that "draw dome" is set to on.
More precisely, select the HDRI render you want, and click the two buttons that show dome and ground, and in the Render Editor panel, select ground postion mode as "manual" if you want feet to be on the ground raher than floating above, and I change Pixel Filter setting to Mitchell and reduce the value by ,3 or so to make the image crisper:
No insult taken. Yes, I often use HDRI's by several vendors, and not all of them are under Light Presets.
I had checked the environment render settings, but the promised images are not there (and I did check all twelve presets, of four basic settings each with three variations).
There are twelve EXR files installed under 'Runtime/Textures/DimensionTheory/Platinum Pack'.
(I'm about to go out for a couple of hours, so I'll check back when I return from church.)
I have the product and the images should be there (they are for me) so try deinstalling and reinstalling in case you go a bad download.
Nemesis10, thanks for the suggestion. I'm uninstalling now, then deleting, but I do have to leave, and reinstalling will take a few minutes more than I have available right now. I'll posts results later.
Reinstalling the Platinum Pack didn't help. When I load any of the presets into an empty scene and render, this is what I get:
Note that if I include props/character that the lighting works.
I was having this problem earlier tonight, but I read what Nemesis10 said and clicked on the enable dome and ground under the HDR Utilities folder and the background renders.
AHAA! Stupid me
. I was in too much of a hurry earlier to see that.
That fixed it.
Thanks Nemesis10 and 3Dreamer!
