The above product shows the following character, but doesn't tell you where the skin and character came from. Usually HD morph packs have a base character that has skin textures, materials, shaders, etc.

What's Included and Features
It says there's a Fantasy skin, maybe you need to redownload it?
Edited to add, maybe not, cause at the bottom of the page, it says: This product contains only new shaping dials for Genesis 3 Female, there are no user-facing files. So maybe there is no texture included, though why it says female for a male product is beyond me.
There are some G3M and G8M creatures that come with their own skin textures (keep in mind you can use G8M materials with G3M). There are some stand-alone products like this one that help you to turn any of your existing skin textures into creature skins: https://www.daz3d.com/fantasy-skins-for-genesis-8 It works for both G3 and G8.
No textures are listed, no texture maps listed. So, yeah, it's a morph product.

Most probably because they used the product page from the female version as a starting point when creating the one for the male version and missed a place where they needed to replace "female" by "male" ;)
There are no skin textures for that product. It's all morphs.
