Please help me.. catalyzer iray render gone white

I've recently posted a gallery image using the new chimpanzee G8 model. No problems. Everything is up to date but all of a sudden the catalyzer is rendering the hair in white. Anyone else come across this? I've probably checked or unchecked something but I have no idea! Please help and advise me. Kindest Regards Ian

    You can email me (see my signature) and I'll help you fixing it. It's usually caused by the Documents/DAZ 3D folder not being accessible with write permissions.
