Not only that the price is a steal, the house is versatile, everything made of reusable segments and props. Just what I love. Went into my shopping cart at once.

So there are like different material zones for the different walls of each floor? Or is it only one big zone, which makes modifying them a pita? I ask, because I got the 22 Parker Road Bundle, which is nice, but quite hard to modify... like all furniture and the TV on a floor sharing the same texture set...

Yeah that's pretty much the norm for any homes in the store here. Everything is either an $8000/month Manhattan paradise or a rat-infested horror movie location.   ;)

Looks great, and it's pretty much a must-buy for me, although I'm leaving it for tomorrow.

I don't need it this absolute second, but hopefully there'll be some new sales categories tomorrow for it to provide a "Still New" discount on. (I already cleared out what I could justify from the current categories yesterday).

I would assume the implication is it's a sequel to 22 Parker Road, given they're by the same author (and the older set even appears in the background of some of the new promos).

ok, makes sense, i have that as well, didn’t pay too much to the contents so i embarrassingly mistook it i think for like an office building

...so that's what is producing the breeze moving the leaves.  Didn't think Carrara had the feature.  I remember before e•on went off line, they introduced a Vue plugin titled  Zephyr to produce wind effects..

Looks really nice. Do you know if Twinmotion will remain free for current users after November 2019?

    Sorry, just found it:

"Twinmotion will be a paid-for product in November 2019. Until then, download it for free as an early adopter and keep it for free forever."

    Definitely a good deal.

Well if you grab it now what you have shall remain in free for you like all the free for a month UE4 assets and games from Epic that are free for a time.

The new version my guess will be priced according to what they add.

What that is and what functions they add is anyone's guess.

FBX import would be nice, duf support would be a dream and highly unlikely wink but not impossible

its rubbish, you can use 4k textures and theywill be resized to 512x512 with a mipmap setting of +40

if you don't have any 4l textures, you can make your own brick walls and tiles using http://www.bricksntiles.com/ from a single brick or clipart image and generate them with custom mortar images, using cutouts from photo texture websites

That house reminds me of rich people homes in Germany & Switzerland. I've never seen anything like it in US. Maybe in rich areas of California?

Rather than derail this thread I actually started a Twinmotion thread when I first got it

    https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/326986/twinmotion-by-unreal-epic-games-is-free-until-november#latest
p0rt shared their opinions there too laugh

it is only an ArchVis game based engine but it comes down to what you want to do

not everyone is interested in rendering one PBR frame of realistic DAZ people in Dforced drapery

and I do that too, there is no law saying you cannot do both sorts of art

the mods care to much for trash, and deleted my posts, like 90% if my posts

Rage 2 is a flop, Bethesda might always release an SDK for idtech6 which can handle massive textures with a virtual texture cache in the phyiscal RAM, so the GPU can request 200x 2048x2048 textures per frame when they are not stored in VRAM

Well I was more thinking about the way people moved, and how fast you can add so many. Hard to tell if it was real humans or what.  And I don't think the visual quality was that bad, for a video at that length and (I assume) fairly small file size.

Yea, but what hardware do you need to handle that?  AFAIK @Sadkitty_Carrara is doing this on a fairly average PC.
