in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi,

i keep getting install failed when trying to install upgrades or products. nothing installs any more.

What shall I do ? Any ideas are appreciated.

    The servers have been unde strain with the release of DS 4.12 - things seem better today in general, so try again or try tomorrow. if it continues to be an issue, or if it started before the release of DS 4.12, then open a support ticket.

    solved : windows defender controlled folders c:\users\public
