  • Also had same problem.

Yesterday I gave up, tried again first thing this morning figuring it was server overload due to 4.12.

DIM can't access (same bad credentials warning)and can't access for manual downloads either.

me & tima are also blocked.

tried the login/logout and doesn't make a difference.

  • Yup. Same thing here. Gave up last night. Issue persists today.

  • I am trying also, wanted to purchase the pug dog but if I cannot get into my DIM..also intermitent issues getting onto the website. :(

  • Dim's just not accepting my password. It says it can't locate my account. This is worrirsome-

I was hoping to download my library to my new computer so I could use it tonight. Guess I'm sol.

  • Was looking at a few purchases today but the website is flakey and DIM doesn't work.

I can't log in to DIM and also I can't log in to DAZ Studio. Log in continually fails for both programs.

I am unable to log into  either DIM or Studio.  THis needs to be addressed ASAP.

Update:  Able to log in and DIM is working but very very slowly

This is the first time I was able to get into the forums. Saw Chris's recommendations. I tried to log out of DAZ, but I received a 502 Error. My laptop has not been able to download the new 4.12 or purchases from yesterday yet, nor was I able to finish downloading one of my purchases on my desktop computer.

    Patient I be.

Update: DAZ back. I was able to log out of DAZ on my program and the website, then logged back in successfully. Then opened DIM and was able to log in without problems. My thanks to Chris and the DAZ team.

I'm still working on it, but the massive response to the 4.12 Studio release appears to be causing the interconnects (load balancers, switches, high-availability heartbeat systems) to have difficulty coping. I've been adjusting various knobs and dials and changing up how some code on the backend is being called and that clears things up for a while but then something else pops up as the slow part that is backing things up.

All the end systems have plenty of extra capacity, but any time something backs up on a request it triggers a little cascade of backing up that seems to rapidly cause some internal traffic jams. I've found and fixed a couple of sticky bits, so it should keep getting better.
