DIM blocked?

I decided to run Install Manager to download and install the new 4.12 general release but it seems I am now locked out of my account using DIM. I use the same credentials to login to the DAZ Store and that works (although I'm having some trouble remaining on the forum because I have had a few CloudFlare error pages). My desktop DIM app has my login detail come up automatically so it is not a typo while attempting to login. I thought it might be a problem with the link from here (NZ) to the USA but I tried a VPN to a US server and still my DIM login fails.
Is anyone else experiencing this.

Same here. As the website was AWOL for a while, guessing it's connected to that.
Probably overwhelmed by all the downloads
Thanks for confirming that it is not just my end. The DIM error message could be better as it suggests my login credentials are wrong (they are not).
https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ had Daz down, then up, then down. Anyway, I'll just hang onto 4.11 and use the beta since it's up-to-date for now.
I couldn't login to DIM either, couldn't authenticate. But I'm gonna wait.
same here, can't connect to DIM (from Aus), but able to login to website perfectly fine.
I assumed it was just huge numbers of people downloading DS 4.12
I can't get DIM to log in either. The whole site has been unreliable for the last couple of hours. It took a few minutes to add things to my cart. Then when I tried to buy the stuff i got to PayPal and completed their checkout but it failed to go back to Daz. Now the stuff is still in my Daz cart, the order isn't listed in my account and I don't know if I paid for it or not.
Yep, no choice really but at least I have the beta and it seems that the version is the same as the General Release so I'll switch to that for now to get used to it.
Should be downloading software manually in any case, that way you have the installer to act as backup, that way you don't end up like some people who find the new version craps out on them all the time, but can't roll back to the previous version because DIM has overwritten it.
Still have most of the installers for DS3, release and beta, even have the one for Project X, got most of the DS4 release versions too.
The Daz site and DIM have been crashing for me for several hours, and the culprit every time is the Daz3d host, not Cloudflare. Just gettin this post up took ages.

It's possible to back up the DIM download too - though you have to work offline to install a non-current version.
This happened to me a couple of years ago. Fixed it by logging out in both the site and DIM, then manually logging in instead of using the saved password. On the other hand, what everyone seems to be experiencing now is probably more of a server problem.
Mine too. And when I try to close DIM, it's frozen and won't close.
I was mid-download of some purchases, and it kicked me off. Now it won't let me back on. No idea what did and didn't download, either. Ugh.
Can't log in to DIM, says invalid password or account not found. So before I found this thread, I reset my password in My Account, and still can't log in. So what's the word on the problem? Why did we get the 503 no server error earlier?
Glad to know I'm not going crazy. Guess I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to download my purchases, which, thank goodness, did go through.
Inquiring, but there have been cloudflares and more today and just now for me again.
I could not log in for a while. I kept trying over and over about 7 times, then it worked.
Ok, so I was told log out of daz and close down dim, then log back in and re-open dim and that worked.
@crispalomino That worked. Off topic one other question- a few months ago when I did the 4.11 version, most of my products in DIM now still show in the to be downloaded column and not in the installed column. Can you possibly tell me how to fix that too? It's very annoying. We're talking about a LOT of products.
I haven't seen anything on this. If Richard hasn't either, Novica, time for a ticket. I take it there have been no changes to your Content paths?
I cannot log into DIM. I have tried several times over the last hour.

Althou can't log in. Tried re loggin on the website - works fine, but DIM can't find me :(
Good enough reason for me to do manual downloads of things I purchase.
Same for me, and yes, already tried to log out and close DIM.
Logging out and back in does not work. Can't start Daz studio either.

Are you launching DIM directly, or from the Download and Install link in your Product Library?
DIM can't connect either for me, with its erratic notification which warns for bad credentials !
Manual downloads for purchased assets don't either work : it's seems there is an overloaded "cloudload.daz3d.com" error !
Yesterday, manually downloading DAZ 4.12, after many unsuccesful tries, Cloudflre has blacklisted my IP such as I was an attacker ! I have changed my IP, but today, things seem worst than yesterday !
