Which "the character" are you referring to? There are at least four different characters.
Aren't those just stock Ollie, Nix, Lee and Lucas respectively?
I think he means the 1st older character. I think it is Nix 8 with the wrinkles from Floyd 8 applied maybe? Or one of the older Ollie 8 set of maps.

Yes, I've been looking for the character on the main promo-picture.
Still didn't find out which character and morphs the've used on him.
It may be a mix so there may not be one !
