When you have three renders going at once (two animated shots and one still picture)! I have no idea why my photo is upside down taken from my phone.

Not as funny as me trying to look at it on my iPad with lock off cheeky

It's upside down because this stuff drives you up the wall?  Turns your life upside down?  Throws you head over heels?  Flips your life's preconceptions?

    Okay, I'll stop now.smiley

You spent $170 on a SpyderX Pro to callibrate your dual monitors because the color and contrast difference from one to the other was driving you crazy trying to do postwork!

I settled for an express for my three monitors. I mean that the extra outlay was less content!

Why the Heck Didn't Anyone Teach Me About Monitor Calibration?!

IKR?! I thought you just had to deal with it.

I went back and forth between them. Even toyed with the idea of the Elite. But then common sense kicked in when I realized I was going to spend more on the calibration tool than I had on my monitor. laugh

When your render is almost done and you suddenly notice something is off so you kill the render that has been going for 20 hours, spend a few seconds correcting the issue, start a new render... Then save and post process the "flawed" image anyway and don't notice the flaw anymore. But you leave the new render running...

You know about spot render, right?

It just happened to me: I saw a furniture set on Renderosity and was like, Finally! I've been looking for something like this!

Then I realised... I need that chair IRL, not for DAZ blush

Why would I want to render a spot? cheeky

I do but... I've not used it.

I almost had a Daz-gasm when I saw a 12ish year old girl at the super market that looked exactly like a graphic novel character I had spent weeks designing. I did nothing, didn't think the police would like that. But still, a weird moment in reality.

I think he means to re-render just the spot where the error was, and then superimpose it on the original in post?

Oh man, I forgot about that acronym! laugh

  • The current sale on Pro Bundles lists over 100.  Six show up for me when I hide the ones I own.  And one of those is the anatomy set I own all the parts of, the second is an animate bundle.  Which means I haven't bit exactly 4 times.  *sob*

Yes. I was being... a wench. Surprisingly, I've been using it a lot lately. Especially when I learned I could render in a separate window.

    Yep.

    Done there, been that.

The upside of course is, thanks to Oso's latest sale, I've now got EVERYTHING that has anything to do with dragons.... And I do mean EVERYTHING.
