Ever since I updated the Genesis Starter Essentials I have this issue with the missing asset. I install via DIM.

I have doubled checked that the Starter Essentials is installing to the correct folder. I, also, did a zip test of the archive to make sure the zip was downloaded completely and without errors, and I checked the Starter Essentials installed log in DIM.

The file just isn't there.

Was this removed from the Genesis Starter Essentials?

    Yes it could be part of the new separate Lights installer that now comes with DS.

    I went looking for this separate package and I found that I needed to install the Default Lights and Shaders:

    I still have a huge amount of content to install via DIM so I didn't notice this new file (a needle in a haystack).
