So with new ToS and Licensing, can I use 2D renders of DAZ products in my games ?

I just want to be absolutely clear before I commit to production.

All info in the forums doesn't really have meaning when it comes to stuff like this. But if you are talking about "regular" 2D renders, then it should be fine (even for PA products, dunno if they are included in what you call DAZ products :) )

I say "regular" renders, because even to 2D renders certain restrictions apply as outlined in the EULA.

I'm just using purely rendered output.

Not providing any files to third party for 3D printing. Of course, also not using in Second Life, since they changed their policy.
