How do I see everything?

In, for example, the surfaces tab.
Shaders/Iray/Fabric at the top it says 1-1200+, and "Sort by Name A to Z
Scrolling down goes to "Knit07".
How do I see the rest of them, Knit08-zUtility?
I can change the view to Z to A, but there's a few in the middle that don't show either way.

I submitted a similar help request about Smart Content not showing all files. I think we are just out of luck.
