How to change the startup picture of daz3d?

  Unless they are loading an external resource in that splash screen you'd have to edit the binary code ;)  If they are using an external resource you would need to find the file it is loading and change the picture it contains.  Either way since it's a beta I'd just wait for the next beta release...

  Edit > Preferences > Interface > splash image > alternate image
