Except there's a glitch, and not all the listed artists are (yet) on sale at the reduced prices.For example, the 75% off seems to be only, I think, RuntimeDNA currently.
Because it's after office hours now, that may not get fixed today, but DAZ sometimes re-run a glitched sale the next day (although whether they'd do so on a weekend is another question).

and Excludes New Releases contradicts each other? Couldn't make this code work either with new releases or any other relaease?
You misunderstand. The coupon requires a new release for the other item to qualify for the discount. The item to be discounted, however cannot be "new", (it must be over 60 days since it was released.)
The offer means “buy one new release and get a discount on another non-new product”. So you need both a new product to trigger the discount, and a non-new product to apply the discount to.
