Why is my geoshell green in iray preview?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Is it a RAM issue or something else? Seems to be intermittent.
Sometimes I have this issue, but another day it works fine.

    Are yiu just applying a geoshell, and then it shows up green?

    And I can see her face isn't green, so what have you done to that?
