Needed to make something with warm colours for a change :)

I don't know why, but I want him to be wearing fingerless gloves.

You mean like Leslie West used to do? (band was Mountain...biggest hit, Mississippi Queen)

    Dana

That would work I guess :)

I first heard bird is the word when the Ramones sang it, was disapointed when I finally heard the original.
(but then again I like the Ramones)

There was also the version by that punk band with hole and surfers and but in its name

There is a new thread and I did not get an invite.

edit Oh added a render to make this a better post. It is a wip of my character Sam using G2F and shaders. Just working on shaders right now. so no morphs added yet.

You are always invited sweetie :)

Busy, busy, busy in The Complaint Thread while I've been gone.
All I did was this. "Jamila"

Fine render there, getting toward photoreal hey :) Still floundering around with unphotoreal violins here  Meh is got to the silly stage *headdesk*

Thank you. AoA's Advanced Lights are cool. (One Ambient, one Spotlight in that render)
Maybe these will help with your proper violin posture. :)

Hey great lovely thanks very much *click download* :)

Posing a violin is hard, not sure still whether to anchor the instrument at the hand or chin or both from time to time, I guess the instrument has to be stable while the body moves around it

...having studied the instrument in RL the chin and shoulder were the primary anchors so the hand could move more freely on the neck. You should be able to just hold it there using your chin without support of the arm.

Not sure though that this tanslates to 3D posing.

Parent to chin and constrain to hand, feels like it should be an IK chain. I only have to make three to six seconds of a quartet, thought it would be easy... I guess if it was easy everyone would be doing it

KInd of but the fee goes to a third-party booking agency looking after that particular tour for the band/promoter. They pre sell tickets to make sure the venues don't fill up past capacity, Corner Hotel is pretty small, less than 1000 capacity I think :)

300 is a bit higher than what was recorded

"While delivering 195 mph winds with gusts reaching even 235 mph, Haiyan first landed near Dulag and Tacloban, flooding those coastal communities with a surge of water rising 40 to 50 feet, said CNN's Chad Myers." - CNN

EDIT: It is a Monster though, the Cloud cover would reach from Flordia to Canada.
