Are you craving human flesh yet?... how about cabbage?... wait that’s a different problem.

No, I only have a craving for Chicken Tandoori. Is that bad??? surprise

Have you forgotten not to take your Despondex?

Oh no, I took three yesterday!

    That explains it.

There was an ant in a nearly new jar of carmel ice cream topping... do I throw it out... or dig out the ant and pretend it was never there?

Fine cuisine now includes ants (nice sour taste they say), so don't worry.

Maybe some day you can't even complain about a fly in your soup. "It's fly soup, sir!"

If I was alive in the 70s I was in my previous life. I was either a post hippy disco chick who threw out all her bras or possibly a sailor on a merchant ship on the great lakes.

If it was the Edmund Fitzgerald, that would explain why you're here now.
Also, you're famous, in an obscure way. No  one remembers the names of the crew except Gordon Lightfoot.

  • Oh that is more appropriate for the scene I'm writing. Modestly prevents me from sharing the details.

I'm an expert complainer. I have a new complaint.

I don't have a proper outfit for this scene...

I feel like asking questions today... I figure why not do it here...

What does “Mark Forums Viewed” do ?... I accidentally touched it now all the forums and threads no longer have orange numbers next to them... I hope it’s not permanent... or fatal...

Also in one’s profile... what the difference between your “Picture” and your “Thumbnail”?

Thumbnail is probably your Avatar, right... is “picture” where you could add a picture of yourself... that would be cool... I love scaring people.

Also, apparently I’m still alive and the dollar store oysters didn’t kill me or even get me ill... I’m gonna check and see what the 59¢ Store has...

Well... after careful consideration I must confirm that for all these questions my best answer is without a doubt that I don't know.

Why do I download free textures and assets I can't use?

I’d suggest wearing a gorilla costume... They seem to boost creativity...

I used to wear my gorilla costume whenever I did 3D stuff or I was gardening... unfortunately I stored it in the shed and mice destroyed it... I have a Viking helmet, but it’s not the same.

Being that the character is running, perhaps you should wear a jogging outfit or maybe a superhero costume to help you get into the same mind frame.

Gorilla costumes are good for any ocassion.

The character is more of a elf/druid so a natury outfit is kind of what I'm looking for. My elves don't have super eye gouging ears.

I have a fierce naked version of her with markings on her skin but you know... naked... so can not post.

    I love Bolero !!!

  • I blame Bolero for turning my scene from a sweet an innocent scene between two roommates into a lust filled moment of debauchery.

    Yup that's totally the reason.

It's the earworm that goes formal.

And in case you've never seen this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pgANtzO2G4 animated version of it.  Treat yourself, and pass it on.

Oops.  Edited to change link to a complete version of it.  (Ignore the 35 seconds, b/w, non-animated version at the front, it's stupid.)

It marks all the currently new threads as not new. Newly added new posts will still be flagged as new until you click the link anew.

Thumbnail can be cropped from the Picture, if it's too large in itself.

    Blegh... it’s gross outside.

My weather station died because the “most trusted batteries in the world” leaked all over the inside...

I’m getting sick of this stinking brand leaking... I actually stopped buying them because they leak more than Costco and BJs batteries... Apparently people in this house keep buying them and they keep ending up in stuff and leaking.

Anyway, it gross and humid out and I have no idea what the actual local humidity level is because the stupid weather station is kaput.

I needed to spray paint something and the paint is sensitive to humidity... I guess at this point knowing what the numbers are is irrelevant, it’s kinda obvious it’s too humid.

I am thinking about buying another case fan for my computer.  The inside of the computer is hot when I render a scene in Daz Studio.  The current fan is blowing a lot of hot air from the inside. I haven't tried using Vue yet to see how hot the inside becomes.  My computer's power supply does not have any molex connectors.  Ahh... I might buy a new power supply.

If you're talking about the Bunny Batts, I switched from them to the Ray Batts years ago because they suddenly began leaking inside my motor drive battery compartments. I'd used them for many years with no problems, I guess they changed manufacturing processes around that time. When I switched out, I went through the house and checked every flashlight, remote, label maker, and found quite a few problems.

And their warranty is worthless, as they decide what is equivalent to your destroyed item.

It’s the ones with the copper on the top... about three years ago I started collecting any batteries that leaked... the overwhelming majority of them were that brand... I used to trust them up until the early 00s... but now they are actually worse than no name brands.

It's all I use and I haven't had that problem with them at all...ever.  I'm shocked!

Yeah, my brother was telling me he's had a lot of problems with them.  I always buy the copper top ones.  And I've caught a few just starting to leak and got them out before they did any real damage.  I poked around with Google today and found a site that explained that once an alkaline battery gets below 0.8 volts the chemistry changes and the goo inside starts to expand and there's a safety mechanism to relieve the pressure so it doesn't outright explode.  His solution was to change batteries often.frown  I've had batteries leak a few times in my life but it seems to be more frequent in the last 10 or so years.  Perhaps it just that I use more battery powered devices now.
