How can I save male anatomical elements material with Uncircumcised HD shape ?

  I'd say use a Wearables preset, which will load the elements. Alternative;y you could use a Properties preset, enabling the Shaping and Materials tabs, oif you want to be able to apply the settings to a pre-loaded model
