Not for me.  Put in a ticket Saturday, it was resolved yesterday.  Given this was a holiday weekend, i think this was a reasonable turnaround.
I also put in a somewhat different ticket the same day and that is still open.  I think in that case, my request is prolly unusual and they arent sure how to handle it.

I'm like Mystarra put a ticket in on Friday not got a resolve yet. To be honest I'm rather put out that you have had a resolution before me.

Perhaps you are confusing DIM (DAZ Install Manager) with Connect (the installer in Studio).  Plug-ins often need to place files in Studio's application folders so that is why DIM is required.

You can actually use DIM offline as you may have guessed buying this tool but can see your frustration if you cannot download the very facility you need for creating zips to use in DIM this way, maybe put in a ticket explaining why you want it

If you go to the automated email you receive when you open a ticket and follow the link, does it show your ticket as still being open, or closed? If open, you can add a note asking for a status update. If closed, it should give you an option to reopen it and let them know you didn't hear back and haven't gotten a refund.

One time I waited a week with no response...it was because they never received the ticket. You have to login again in the support section!

They're pretty fast usually, never more than 2 days.

Did you check your store credit balance to see if it has been adjusted to apply the refund? Maybe their email response didn't get to you. Go to My Account and select Store Credit. Look at the Balance History to see if there is a recent positive entry in the amount of your requested refund.

Note that the most recent "upgrade" to the ticket system a few years back has made it less obvious how to get at and review your ticket history — clicks in unobvious places and light grey text on white. I've complained about it, others have complained about it, nothing's been changed.  <headdesk>
