Product Put Itself in a Time Out

I own Classic Long Hair with dForce. The product downloaded and worked just fine in the past. Today (just when I needed it the most) I discovered that it's taken itself out of my Smart Content and put itself under the "Available" tab. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling it. I tried completely deleting it from my PC and redownloading. It's still in quarantine. If anyone has had this happen with other products and knows how to fix it, I'd be grateful if you'd let me know what to do.

Thanks!

Normally for this sort of error you need to reset the database, but make sure you export your User Data first.

This can all be done using "Content DB Maintenance" accessed by right clicking on the Content Library Tab.

    Do the following sequence:

    1) Export User Data

    2) Reset Database

    3) Re-Import Metadata

Hello. Sounds like you are having the same issue I ran into recently. If you are still having an issue, here is the link to that discussion.

Short version, find the item in Products on Content Library tab (if like me, at bottom of list in Products). Click on it should give you an option to delete. Delete, then reinstall from DIM.

  • Thanks so much for responding Havos and spswafford. Deleting from the Content Library tab worked. Much appreciated!
