Sharecg do not want to upload my freebie!

A few times I am trying to upload a freebie at Sharecg and get this strange message.  Everytime!  File is only over 1 mb.

It do however upload the title, description and image but no download.

Anyone else experiencing this?  And do anyone know what the message mean?  It's only a simple file.

    I’m not familiar with the message, but it does get wonky sometimes... give it a few hours or try again tomorrow.
