  Often clothes are mis-matched or ill-fitting... harder to make things not shrink-wrap in Daz :-)

  Also, what environment?  Beggars in a Northern city during winter are going to be dressed radically different from one in a much more temperate region, with the former being swathed in layers and the latter wearing as little as is comfortable.

  So, for someone in a city like Chicago you might look at something like this:

  As a general rule, anything "survivalist" or "zombie" will probably work given the context you're working in.
