Only show purchsed content on Store page.

Sorry to post this again but i've searched for days and cannot find the link. I had a bookmark in my browser for a filter you could apply to the storefront to only show your purchsed products. does anyone stil have a link to this please?

Thanks.

Thank you for that but this one was far more basic. You go to the storefront, uncheck the box that hides your purchsed items, then click the script. it then reverses the page to only show what you own. I find it faster to look for things i've forgotten the name with that rather then clicking each link in my product library.

Well the daz deals addon does this also.

There's a screenshot of what the daz deal addons looks like here.

As @BeeMKay and @FSMCDesigns mentioned, this add-on will definitely make life easier for you. One checkbox, and you can see all your owned products.

That IS the DAZ Deals browser.  It does a lot of other things, like shows how much you've spent, sorting items by discount percentage, and letting  you look at the store with all the PC+ items hidden, but being able to show only purchased items is one of it's best features.

That said, you have to remember that there's no way to see everything that you've purchased by using the store pages, because DAZ deletes all the info for any product that's no longer being sold... so, for example, KindredArt's Iray BLizzard, which only came out in December of last year but has been temporarily pulled while something is redone by the artist, no longer shows anyplace in the store except on the personal product library on your My Account page.  Personally, I currently have over 1200 items that aren't visible using the store page, quite a few of which I've had for only a few months.

I really wish Daz would keep pages up for old products that are no longer sold like Renderosity does. I have no idea what I even own anymore...

Believe me, I know the feeling.  I mean, I can see DAZ pulling the store pages pulled for functionality, given that the "show owned" mode is a hacked feature rather than part of thier actual interface and that the store is already getting ludicously slow with all the ad banners and animations.  That's primarily due to poor web design on DAZ's part, but at least it's a reason.  On the other hand, the fact that they've also pulled so many of the product descriptions and readmes from the documentation center shows a complete lack of respect for customers who've bought product in good faith that they'd be supported.

In my fantasies, I dream of figuringout how to hack Taozen's DAZ Account manager so that I can spend a weekend on the wayback machine and at least get pictures of every daz product I own in one place...

And also to let us know what products have had their Product ID changed. I have many old products that had ID's changed and have to be careful not to re-purchase them. For example: https://www.daz3d.com/mylilalien now is SKU 5241, but I have it as 3058. And there are lots more like that.

On the flip side I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for a user looking for an outfit to find the store page at Rendo only to see that it;s not for sale any longer, happened to be quite a few times.

I've got the script but not the link to the download site.

Can't post the script text directly 'coz cloudflare blocks it and not sure if it's freely distributable.

In my experience you can't access any of Renderosity's pages for dicontinued product via the surfing catalog directly, you either have to own the item already or do a lookup via Google..There are a lot of cases where there are texture sets being sold for products that are no longer for sale and those will have a direct link, but there are a few of those here at DAZ as well.

I've been looking at it, the old Wayback scraper for RDNA can be converted to get the missing DAZ pages instead, though many seem to be unavailable and there are probably at least 2 formats. But for those available I think the pictures and data for most can be saved.

Then there is the picture and info in the user library in the store if all else fails. So there should be possible to get at least one picture and a limited amount of info for each product.

If you have the addon, just click the "Hide PC+ items" link.

Another vote for how useful the DAZ Deals Browser add on is. I didn't think I would have much use for it, now I can't function without it.

This became abundantly clear to me while on vacation a couple of months ago. I set up my cell phone with my DAZ information so that I could browse the site during a sale and still be able to buy anything that might come up...  It took all of one day for me to realize how many functions from the Add On that I had started to depend on (and forgot were not part of the regular site).
