I bought [Tatt's All Folks] this product three or four days ago, and it still hasn't shown up in Smart Content downloads. I finnally downloaded it by hand, though I prefer Smart Content. What's the issue with that?

Sorry, yes, I meant Tatt’s All Folk’s.
Please open a support ticket - it's possible there is an issue with the way the product is set up, though I think the Install Types list populates automatically from the available options.
