As today's New Items are all DO, then the related are all DO. So it would mean waiting until after the first two days of only Chow and then when other artist products are introduced the "Related Items" will change.

she's excellent! i very probably won't buy her since i'd have really no use for her since ladies are not part of my inner world, but all the same, it's a great character, kudos to whoever crafted her! especially Zhirong, amazing in realism! including the wardrobe items i saw in the new releases. but i WOULD definitely buy a matching male immediately, after all my young hunky studs need a wise sensei/yakuza boss/dad/uncle/neighbor to bow to! ^^ (for G8 too i mean, wise sensei is an excellent G3M) ^^
It seems like Daz's needle swung older at just the right time.
This went in and came with a good deal. Some of those accessories-- came in at a great discount and the $50 off for Daz Originals topped it off.
This makes up for the dreadful non-working Banner from yesterday fiasco. lol
Plus those Pro Bundle purchases always lead to something later on
Not for me. Daz took Tasha 8 Pro & Nix 8 Pro out of the extra 40% off related items and I already have all of the other items in that catagory that I want. If they had left them in I would rethink my decision to wait for a better deal.

Hello All!
Anyone else having a problem with Mrs. Chow not showing up in the Smart Content pane. She's downloaded and I could find her in the content directly and even the HD version of her shows up in the content pane, but Mrs. Chow the base character didn't show up for some reason. Wanting to know if this is a known glitch or if I should report it.

One noticeable (glaring to me) issue is the ball-in-a-sock silhouette of Mrs Chow's clothes (anything she wears in the promos). I have found Fit Control to be hit and miss (mostly miss for me) with eradicating this problem, and smoothing eliminates sleeve creases, giving me tubewear. The promo artists don't seem to know how to fix it. Does anyone here have a solution? Sickleyield did a pretty good job for Genesis and Genesis 2 IIRC.
Theres a lot of good in this bundle. I wish I could be certain there would be a male counterpart released. That concern is a large part of whats keeping me from buying.
I never buy bundles. I bought Mrs. Chow 8 Starter Bundle today because she's fantastic. I usually just buy the base character and maybe the HD Add-on. I actually splurged on the starter bundle. I never by Pro Bundles. They're just way too expensive. I went out on a limb today to buy her Starter Bundle.
Good heavens, but Zhirong looks stunningly realistic.
I'm really impressed with Daz's official array of characters for Genesis 8. We're still getting the odd Victoria/Michael clone, here and there, but there's so much more useful diversity in what we're now getting. Characters with actual character!
I will note that other than the 404 error that was earlier mentioned, CDI Active Pose sets is not listed as part of the Pro Bundle on the promo page (although the Pro Bundle page does say it is), which does give the initial impression that the Pro bundle is somewhat "lighter" than some.
Mrs Chow is a pro bundle I want to buy. I like everything about the pro bundle except the 'sexy kimona' as if a regular kimona isn't sexy enough and what I was hoping for. That's still much better than most pro bundles where the only things I want in the whole pro bundles is the base character and pricing is the only thing that has me decide otherwise.
Mrs Chow 8 Pro Bundle is right up there with The Girl 8 Pro Bundle, The Brute 8 Pro Bundle, Floyd 8 Pro Bundle, Mabel 8 Pro Bundle, and Edie 8 Pro Bundle.
Even the pro bundles I didn't like in Genesis 8 are improvements from prior Genesis line pro bundles.
Looking at that list I think the Genesis 8 Pro Bundles are the best DAZ 3D Pro Bundles ever.
LOL, that means DAZ 3D has put themselves in the posistion of Genesis 9 as having to blow me away with physics, cloth physics, and animation features to get me to budge. Just one of those done good and fast will do.

I admit I’m curious why Mrs Chow is named differently than the other characters. Instead of using a first name. Like presumably Victoria, Bethany, Ollie etc.
She deserves respect in her old age. None of that first-names nonsense!
There's an elderly Vietnamese lady at work we call "Bà Chau", so basically "Mrs. Chow" so I found this name more amusing. And no, Bà Chau looks nothing like Mrs Chow 8. X'D
Otherwise, I'd have sent her the promo pic and her photo, as a joke.

That kimono is not even in the pro bundle, so no worries about that, and I guess they named it that way because for a real kimono it lack a bunch of layers :D
Traditional culture demands that adults are always addressed respectfully in public and that means formal address. It's only since the 60 - 70s and later that that has largely been done away with in the US. In Switzerland and the bits of Europe I visited while living there, fomal address is still holding on much better than in the US, especially in countries were formal address is a cornerstone of how their native tongue even works grammatically. English is missing that integrated formality in it's grammatical structure which make it easier to speak familiarly or even disrepectfully if one chooses as the language has no grammatical means to even force formality upon anyone.
Well the good news if there is a Mrs Chow there is likely a Mr.Chow.
